Here is a list of reasons why I don't like pizza, in no particular order :
everyone else loves pizza. Pizza is too mainstream. You know that when everyone loves it there must be some flaw that people overlook to be able to seem cool
how are you supposed to eat it? Every time I eat pizza, whether from a cheap take away place or from a fancy Italian restaurant, the toppings always, always fall off. Fold it in half? Take straight bites out of it? Knife and fork? Nothing works for me
it's so inconsistent. You might find an incredible place that you swear you will have a monogamous relationship with until bam one day, you get given a soggy based, Luke warm sad excuse for 'pizza'.
it's addictive. I acknowledge that. But that makes it hard to stop eating = you over eat = you feel bad about yourself. These feelings of self loathing probably contribute to my distaste of pizza
it's overpriced. No I don't want to pay $9 for a slice of pizza when I could get an entire family size from across the road for the same price (if not cheaper). Only in New York is it acceptable to sell pizza by the slice, just because.
