Smoothie bowls are an amazing choice to have for breakfast. Not only are they full of fantastic fruits (& sometimes protein powder!) but they are also so easy to whip up in minutes. Oh, and they look great to show off on your instagram!
I came up with this receipe by accident because I put in too much coconut yoghurt, I realised I could eat it with a spoon and then Ta-da, we start making this on the regular. Ingredients: (serves 3) 1 frozen banana 1/3 cup frozen blueberries (or other berry of choice) 1 cup coconut yoghurt Splash of milk (to chance consistency) 2 tablespoons of protein powder Method: Blitz all together in blender until reached desired consistency. Pour serving into bowl Garnish with chopped fruit or mix in museli Bon Appetite!
